The Hal-Lock Outrigger Pulley is an easy way to keep your spread right where you want it. These patented pulleys let you lock your outrigger halyard in place with one hand. Because of the easy to use design, you won't need to worry about lines loosening or sliding. Hal-Locks are available for single, double, and triple outriggers. Each Hal-Lock pulley consists of a locking head and shock cord with stainless snap swivel. We offer them with a 12" shock cord to fit most applications. The shock cords feature heat shrink over the connections for additional durability. Because of the stainless and composite construction, Hal-Locks are very corrosion resistant and durable. Should yours become worn out from catching too many fish, we also have rebuild kits available.
